Commentary Team: Jim Ross, Tony Schiavone & ExcaliburThe commentary team welcomes us a special Battle of the Belts edition of AEW Dynamite, but there isn’t much time for introductions as the 4 teams in the Fatal 4-Way to determine one of the final spots in the AEW World Tag Team Championship match later tonight are already in the ring and ready for action!
Fatal 4-Way Tag Team Match
Winners Advance to AEW World Tag Team Championship Match
Chris Jericho & Daniel Garcia vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. LAXCedric Alexander and Alex Shelley are the first two wrestlers in the ring ready kick start this match, but before they can get started, Justin Roberts asks for everyone’s attention. Roberts announces that he was just told that there will be a change to tonight’s match stipulations. Roberts announces that a fifth team has been added to the match, making it a Fatal 5-Way! He than announces that due to this change, there will be two team advancing to tonight’s World Tag Team Championship match, as the first team to score a victory will leave the ring securing themselves a spot in the final match. The match will then revert back to it’s originally scheduled Fatal 4-Way with an additional winner advancing tonight as well! The camera shows Jericho and Garcia exchanging pleased looks with LAX as the 4 members of the Jericho Appreciation Society now clearly have the advantage of working together to secure victories for both teams. The smiles on their faces quickly turn to scowls though when the 5th and final team is announced as The Briscoes!
Fatal 5-Way Tag Team Match
Winners Advance to AEW World Tag Team Championship Match
Chris Jericho & Daniel Garcia vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. LAX vs. The BriscoesThe AEW debut of the Briscoes has the crowd on their feet as tonight starts off red hot with a major surprise! This match takes place under standard tag team rules with only two superstars allowed in the ring at any time, but as is tradition in a match like this, it doesn’t take long for pandemonium to break lose and all 10 superstars end up involved in the action, causing the referee to just give up on his attempts to police this match as he is largely outnumbered. Jericho and Garcia who are referred to by the commentary team as Team Garciacho work closely with their stablemates LAX to neutralize Cedric Alexander and Alex Shelley on one end of the ring, while the Mark Briscoe dukes it out with Shelton Benjamin on the other and Jay Briscoe goes toe-to-toe with Chris Sabin on the outside! Sensing a chance to get a quick advance, Jericho covers Alexander, but Alex Shelley is able to fight his way through LAX and break up the pinfall attempt, keeping all five teams in this match. Shelley is beaten down for his save and tossed to the outside by Garcia and LAX, which catches the attention of Jay Briscoe and Chris Sabin who notice what is happening in the ring and turn their attention to the members of the Jericho Appreciation Society, sliding back in the ring and causing an all out brawl! While this is going on, Mark Briscoe has rolled up Shelton on the other side of the ring for a quick 3-count that none of the brawling superstars had noticed until the winning team was announced by Justin Roberts!
Winners: The Briscoes by pinfallFatal 4-Way Tag Team Match
Winners Advance to AEW World Tag Team Championship Match
Chris Jericho & Daniel Garcia vs. Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin vs. Motor City Machine Guns vs. LAXGarciacho and LAX are beside themselves having blown the opportunity for both teams to advance as the referee takes this time to try and restore order to the match while The Briscoes head to the back to prepare for their AEW World Tag Team Championship opportunity later tonight. As the match officially restarts, all 4 members of the Jericho Appreciation Society rush their opponents and knock them to the ground before the 4-men meet back in the middle and stand face to face. Jericho orders LAX to lay down for Daniel Garcia to pin them, but LAX refuse stating they should be the ones to represent the JAS in the World Tag Team Championship match. Trouble in paradise seems to be brewing between the two teams as they continue to argue, not seeing the Motor City Machine Guns and the team of Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin are all back in the ring and ready to team up to take out The Jericho Appreciation Society while they are distracted. A short brawl ensues, in which Garciacho and LAX are both taken out of the ring and are down recovering on the floor, leaving the Motor City Machine Guns and Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin some to time to display their own offense against each other in the ring. Both teams go back and forth for some time exchanging momentum and keeping the crowd hot. At one point it looks like Chris Sabin has Cedric Alexander ready to be put away with a Future Shock DDT, but Santana rolls in to the ring and tosses Sabin to the floor while Ortiz pulls Alex Shelley off the apron before charging over and knocking down Shelton Benjamin as well. With everyone down, Santana and Ortiz hit Cedric Alexander with the Street Sweeper and Ortiz covers him for the 1…..2…….NO! Jericho pulls Ortiz off of Cedric Alexander before the referee can count to 3! Ortiz is livid as he and Jericho exchange heated words in the ring. Enraged, Santana shoves Jericho who responds back by slapping Santana across the face! The crowd watches in anticipation as Garcia slides back in the ring and the two teams stand across from each other with the Jericho Appreciation Society looking ready to implode! Before anyone can make a move though, Sabin and Shelley rush back into the ring and attack Garciacho from behind. This causes Garcia to bump in to LAX and with a little help from Sabin, sends all 3 men to the flow leaving a stunned Chris Jericho alone in the ring to suffer the Made in Detroit and get covered for a shocking 3-count!
Winners: Motor City Machine Guns by pinfall. We head backstage to see Jon Moxley walking alone in the hallway. Moxley is stopped by Alex Marvez who wants to ask him about tonight’s AEW World Championship match with Kenny Omega, but before Moxley can answer, something in the distances catches his eye. The camera pans over slowly to see a grinning William Regal standing there, while Moxley’s reaction does not match the one he is receiving from his former mentor. Moxley walks forward slowly, backing Regal up against a wall before telling him he has 1 minute to explain why Moxley shouldn’t send him out of the arena in a stretcher. Regal laughs as he tells Moxley this was the exact reaction he was expecting from Moxley, before telling him that he just wanted to come by and wish Jon Moxley luck tonight as he looks to become AEW’s first ever 4-time World Champion. Annoyed by his response, Moxley tells Regal that he doesn’t need his luck, and Regal assures Moxley that he believes that as well before reminding Moxley of what he said in that pre-taped interview with Tony Schiavone that he still considers himself Blackpool Combat Club for life. Regal tells Moxley that he’s going to need some sort of plan B tonight against Kenny Omega as the Bullet Club are sure to be lurking around ready to get involved when Omega needs them and he offers to be that Plan B. Regal asks Moxley to let him accompany him to the ring to assure him that at least someone has his back if the rest of Blackpool Combat Club isn’t able to make it down to the ring in time to aid him, volunteering to take whatever beating he has to from Bullet Club to keep them out of the match. Moxley laughs before reminding Regal that the last time he “had his back” he cost him the AEW World Championship before telling him that not only does he not want him in his corner tonight, he never wants to see him ever again! Just then, Cesaro appears, asking Moxley what is going on. Moxley backs off from Regal and turns his attention to Cesaro, telling him to deal with this before storming off. Dejected and confused, Cesaro just looks at Regal and shrugs his shoulders. Regal explains to Cesaro that he was just wishing Moxley luck tonight and says he would do the same for Cesaro, but he knows that he doesn’t really need it. Regal than lightly slaps Cesaro on the waist signaling his support in Cesaro’s attempt to become TNT Champion tonight before walking off and leaving Cesaro looking conflicted for the 2nd time in as many weeks.
Singles Match
Tommy Dreamer vs. Powerhouse Hobbs w/ MVPIn a shocking turn of events, it is revealed that MVP is now managing Powerhouse Hobbs as the two men come out from behind the curtain together. Tommy Dreamer is making his AEW debut after signing with the company last week. Hobbs makes rather quick work of his opponent tonight as this match is more to establish Hobbs as a legitimate threat after his momentum had cooled off following the implosion of Team Taz early last year. After toying with his opponent for some time, Hobbs is given the signal to end the match from MVP and disposes of Dreamer after hitting him with the Town Bidness for the pinfall victory.
Winner: Powerhouse Hobbs by pinfall. We head backstage to see Chris Jericho in his locker room with Daniel Garcia, Jake Hager and Konnan. Jericho is fuming as he begins tearing off his wrist tape and packing his bag to leave the arena. Just then, Santana and Ortiz barge in the locker room and they are still red hot from what happened in the ring earlier! Not happy to see them, Jericho calls them both a bunch of jackasses, which upsets them even further. Santana goes to get in Jericho’s face, but Jake Hager is up first and steps in front of Santana, creating a wall in front of Jericho. Santana isn’t afraid of Hager though he’s definitely the underdog in this situation and tell Hager to move before he moves him himself, Ortiz steps up to Hager as well signaling that LAX aren’t in a friendly mood with their fellow stable mates. Tension seem to be ready to boil over when Konnan decides he’s seen enough and steps in between LAX and Hager trying to defuse the situation before it completely implodes. Konnan tells Santana and Ortiz that they are his boys, but reminds them that he and Jericho go way back and that Jericho is the reason any of them are even here in AEW in the first place. Still angry, but having enough respect for Konnan to listen, both members of LAX take a step back, but Hager doesn’t move from his position in front of Jericho, continuing to shield him from any unnecessary actions. Eventually Jericho gets up and places his hand on Hager, moving him out of the way before handing him his bag and telling him to meet him in the JAS party bus. Slightly disrespected but still level headed, Hager takes Jericho bags and walks off, followed by Daniel Garcia, leaving Jericho alone in the locker room with LAX and Konnan. Feeling tough Jericho tells Santana and Ortiz that now is the time to do anything, but with Konnan’s coming presence, neither man make a move on Jericho. Konnan tells LAX to go home an cool off which reluctantly they agree to do before leaving the locker room. Jericho comments to Konnan that Santana and Ortiz are acting like babies before calling them clowns, but doesn’t get the response he expected from his old friend. Instead, Konnan tells Jericho to stop acting like an idiot and tell him that he needs to make this right before leaving the locker room as well, presumably to go join up with Santana and Ortiz.
6-Man Over the Top Rope Battle Royal
AEW TNT Championship
Cody Rhodes vs. Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Austin Theory vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi vs. Cesaro vs. Austin AriesWe are reminded as this match starts that the 4th and 5th eliminated superstars will team together with the final spot in the AEW World Tag Team Championship match. All 6 man are in the ring as we start that match. Austin Aries makes his way around the ring lobbying each superstar to take Cody Rhodes out of the match first as he is considered the biggest threat in this match, but to no avail as none of the wrestlers in the ring seem to want to be on the same side as him. Instead, at a moments notice, Cesaro, Tanahashi and Nakamura all charge Aries instead, passing him in between the 3 of them before sending him over to Cody Rhodes, who puts him over the top rope for the first elimination of the match!
AUSTIN ARIES IS ELIMINATED!From here the match breaks down with the remaining 5 superstars all doing what they can to get their opponents out of the ring with no real alliances being made. There is a great moment for the old school NJPW wrestling fan as Hiroshi Tanahashi stands across the ring from one of his biggest rivals in the early 2000’s, Shinsuke Nakamura. The crowd goes wild as Nakamura and Tanahashi look to go toe-to-toe for the first time since they last met in the 2015 G1 Climax Final, but before they can give the fans what they want, Nakamura is attacked from behind by Austin Theory who begins to work him over in the corner as the fans boo heavily. Theory has Nakamura against the ropes, trying to eliminate him when Tanahashi comes rushing over in an attempt to send Theory over the ropes as well! As Tanahashi reaches Theory, he moves at of the way at the last minute, sending Tanahashi barreling towards Nakamura, but reacting quickly, Nakamura pull down on the top rope and Tanahashi’s momentum sends him flying over the top rope and to the floor!
HIROSHI TANAHASHI IS ELIMINATEDTanahashi looks up at Nakamura shocked at what just happened, but Nakamura in his typical fashion just shrugs his shoulders and smiles through his mouth guard. His celebration is short lived though as Theory has gotten back behind Nakamura and send him crashing over the top rope to the floor as well, and just like that, we are down to the final 3!
SHINSUKE NAKAMURA HAS BEEN ELIMINATEDCody Rhodes, Cesaro and Austin Theory pace around the ring as we now know that one of these men will be crowned TNT Champion while the other two will be teaming up for an AEW Tag Team Championship opportunity later tonight. The action goes back and forth as each man does their best to try and stave off an elimination and keep themselves in the match. Rhodes looks to be the next man out, but he skins the cat, barely avoiding touching the ground! As Cody climbs back into the ring, Cesaro and Theory are beating on eachother in the corner. Using his pure strength, Cesaro shoves Theory backwards, and right into Cody Rhodes who then sends him crashing over the top rope!
AUSTIN THEORY IS ELIMINATED!The crowd is divided as Cesaro and Rhodes stand in the ring as the final two men in this match. A show of honor takes place as both men shake hands, acknowledging their time spent in Ring of Honor during different points in their careers which draws a loud cheer from the crowd. Once they get back to the action, it’s clear to see why either man would make a great champion for this company as they both show their strength and athleticism causing the commentary to mention that this would have been a great singles match between the two of them if given the opportunity. The end of the matches comes after a missed European Uppercut from Cesaro allows Cody to set up for the CrossRhodes, but before Cody can hit it, Cesaro powers out and with a quick clothesline, sends Cody Rhodes over the top rope to become the new TNT Champion!
CODY RHODES HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!Cesaro celebrates in the ring with his newly won TNT Championship as the camera pans to a backstage shot of a very proud William Regal watching from the back.
Winner & NEW AEW TNT CHAMPION: Cesaro! Before we head right back into the action, we get a video package announcing the signing of Rob Van Dam to All Elite Wrestling! It is announced that this Friday on Rampage, RVD will make his AEW debut when he does one-on-one with Bullet Club’s “Switchblade” Jay White! It is also announced that newly minted TNT Champion, Cesaro will make his first defense of the title this Friday as well! Rampage is shaping up to be must see already!
Cody Rhodes is back in the ring and reluctantly joined by Austin Theory as both men will team together to try and capture the vacant AEW World Tag Team Championships in the next match. It is announced that this match will takes place in an elimination style 2-on-2 match with the winners moving on to face the next opponents until all teams have been eliminated. It is announced that the last team standing will be crowd World Tag Team Champions. The commentary team questions how far Cody and Theory will go in tonight’s match being the first team out after just finishing a grueling Battle Royale. Rhodes and Theory don’t have much time to strategize though as their first opponents make their way to the ring, and it’s Bandido and Tetsuya Naito from Los Ingobernables!
Tag Team Match
AEW World Tag Team Championships
Match #1: Cody Rhodes & Austin Theory vs. Los IngobernablesBandido and Naito take control early as Rhodes and Theory show their fatigue from just competing in the Battle Royal match. The commentary team remarks that you can never really count Cody Rhodes out as his will to win can help him survive almost anything that is thrown in front of him, and this is exactly the case here as thanks to come help from his unlikely tag partner, Rhodes is able to put Bandido away after hitting the CrossRhodes to advance!
Match #2: Cody Rhodes & Austin Theory vs. Bad InfluenceNext up is one of the more experienced tag teams in the company as Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian make their way to the ring. This match lasts longer than the previous as Cody and Theory play up their while slowly showing more and more trust with each other as partners. The ending comes with Daniels goes for the BME on Theory, but miraculously as soon as Daniels connects, Theory manages to use the momentum to roll Daniels into a cradle pin and sneak out a 3 count to advance once again, but at what cost as Theory is now looking worse for wear.
Match #3: Cody Rhodes & Austin Theory vs. The Good BrothersGood Brothers are out next accompanied by Bullet Club Jay White, but confidently send him to the back after seeing the wear and tear on their opponents. Underestimating Cody and Theory may be a big mistake for Anderson and Gallows as although tired, Rhodes and Theory are starting to work together like a well oiled machine! Gallows and Anderson do manager to get some serious offense in as they keep Cody isolated in their corner, working him over with frequent tags as they continue to inflict punishment on him. Taking too long to taunt the booing crowd ends up being the beginning of the end for The Good Brothers, as it allows Cody the small amount of time he needed to dive out of the corner at the last minute, causing Anderson to knock Gallows off the apron! Rhodes then hits Anderson with the CrossRhodes, before making the tag to Theory who comes off the top rope with a frog splash before pinning Anderson to advance!
Match #4: Cody Rhodes & Austin Theory vs. Lucha BrosNext out are the Lucha Bros who are one of the favourites in that match! Theory stays in the match, allowing Rhodes some extra time to recover from the beating he suffered in the previous match. A great show of speed and technical skill in the exchanges between Theory, Rey Fenix and Penta as the fans are solidly behind this impromptu team of Theory and Rhodes. After countering a cradle DDT in to an Ataxia, Theory makes the hot tag to Cody Rhodes who re-enters the match to a loud pop from the crowd. Rhodes goes to set Penta up for the CrossRhodes when all of a sudden, he is NAILED FROM BEHIND WITH A LOWBLOW BY HIS OWN PARTNER! Rhodes drops to his knees looking a Theory in shock as Theory pulls Rhodes to his feet and hits him with the ATL before leaving the ring to a chorus of boo’s from the crowd! Penta and Fenix exchange confused looks before Penta slowly covers Rhodes for the 3-count to advance to the next match!
Match #5: Lucha Bros vs. Briscoe BrothersOut next are Dem Boys, The Briscoe Brother as the first of the two teams to advance in tonight’s opening match make their way down to the ring. This match transitions from the technical and speedy bout we had just witness to an all out slug fest as Jay and Mark use their very different style to keep The Lucha Bros on their toes and keep the momentum on their side! In terms of time, this bout goes longer than any of the previous matches as neither team wants to be the one to be eliminated knowing that moving on from this match means getting to the finals, but as with any tournament, there can only be one winner and for this match, it’s the Briscoes after Mark hits the Froggy Bow on Rey Fenix for the 3-count!
Final: Briscoe Brothers vs. The Motor City Machine GunsChris Sabin and Alex Shelley are the last team out we now know that either The Briscoes or the Motor City Machine Guns will be AEW World Tag Team Champions by the end of the night. You can tell from the moments the bell rings for this one that these are the two teams management want to build the tag team division around as both teams are made to look like absolute stars in one! Working a very technical match with moments that look so stiff one would think they punches and kicks were real, both team get their time to shine after multiple near fall attempts on either side that have the crowd on their feet with chants of “This is Awesome” and “Fight Forever”. The finish to this match comes after Mark Briscoe has Alex Shelley set up for the Mark-Out, but Shelley counters out into the Automatic Midnight! Shelley though is too close to the ropes as he pulls off the mover, allowing Jay to make a quick tag to Mark while in the middle of taking Shelley’s finisher! Shelley as no time to react as he is immediately hit with the Jay Driller and covered for the 3-count making The Briscoes your AEW World Tag Team Champions!
Winners & NEW AEW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: The Briscoes by pinfall. While The Briscoes celebrate their victory with the crowd, we head backstage to see a black limo pulling up to the arena. The limo stops and the driver gets out to open the door, but before we can see who comes out, the video cut back to the ring where we are about to get back to the action!
Singles Match
Kevin Owens vs. Finn BalorThe penultimate match of the night is billed as a grudge match between two WWE defectors who have been at each others’ throats since Finn Balor helped Kenny Omega advance to the AEW World Championship match and re-formed The Bullet Club on Dynamite! Balor is out alone as Gallows and Anderson are no doubt licking their wounds from earlier tonight, and Omega is likely backstage getting ready for his AEW World title match along with Jay White. Owens is out the gate like a bat out of hell as soon as the bell rings, pouncing on Finn Balor and leveling him with a furry of rights that back him into the corner, where Owens continues to inflict more punishment on his opponent! This continues for some time as Owens works over Balor, clearing showing his frustration from being cost an AEW World Championship opportunity. The tables do turn though as Balor being as quick and sly as he is, is able to get in a position where the referee in unable to see him land a thumb to the eye of Owens! This staggers KO back and allows Balor to then take control of the match. Balor used his speed and his smaller size to keep himself a safe distance from Owens while continuing to work him over in the ring, focusing his attacks on the legs and knees of his opponent to hopefully limit any chance that KO would be able to successfully pull off a Pop-Up Powerbomb or a Stunner successfully if the opportunity arose. From this point in the match, Balor continues to beat down on Owens, working over his opponent as we get closer to the finish of the match. Owens does takes control of the match again, and tries to finish it off with a Pop-Up Powerbomb, but his knee buckles from Balor’s earlier assault and he is unable to pull off the move, allowing Balor the opportunity to hit Owens with the 1916. From here, Balor heads to the top rope to set up for the Coup de Grace, but Owens manages to get up and catch Balor with a kick to the midsection and a Stunner! Owens covers Balor as the referee counts 1…..2……. just then, the referee is pulled out of the ring by DOC Gallows and leveled with a clothesline on the outside of the ring while Karl Anderson and Jay White slide in the ring and begin laying the boots to Kevin Owens! The bell rings following the attack on the referee, but the assault in the ring is just beginning. Gallows rolls in the ring to join White, Balor and Anderson as the beat the hell out of Owens, who tries desperately to fight back, but to no avail. Following a Blade Runner from Jay White and a Coup de Grace from Balor, The Bullet Club stand tall over Owens as the commentary team explain that this feud is far from over.
Winner: Kevin Owens by disqualification. We head backstage where Lexy Nair is standing by with a sore and dejected Cody Rhodes. Lexi asks Cody about Austin Theory’s betrayal in the AEW Tag Team match and mentions that the team was working well together prior to his decision to attack Cody, but before Cody can provide his comments on the matter, loud noises are heard from behind them. The camera man goes running off in the direction of the commotion where AEW officials and medical staff are shown attending to members of the Blackpool Combat Club! Cesaro, Timothy Thatcher and even William Regal are all unconscious and receiving medical attention while Wheeler YUTA is down and hurt but not quite out of it. You can hear one of the AEW backstage agents asking YUTA who attacked them as YUTA through the pain tries to answer “The….The B…. The….B…” before the camera audio can catch YUTA’s response, he is yelled out by an AEW official to leave the area, leaving us without any answers to who just took out Jon Moxley’s crew right before he takes on Bullet Club Leader Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship next!
Singles Match
AEW World Tag Team Championship
Jon Moxley vs. Kenny OmegaHERE WE GO! Our Main Event to crown the next AEW World Heavyweight Champion is officially underway and both superstars are really going after that “Match of the Night” label, though that may be hard to accomplish following the Motor City Machine Guns/Briscoes match from earlier. Both men have a history, they do not like each other and they both want to be AEW World Champion, so you can assume how stiff this match is. The commentary team mention the attack on Blackpool Combat Club moments before the start of this match and place the blame on Kenny Omega and the rest of Bullet Club based on what Wheeler YUTA was attempting to say. There is a moment in this match where Moxley comments towards Omega regarding the attack, but confused, Kenny denies he had a part of it. As the match carries on, the momentum is in the hands of Jon Moxley who has an opportunity to become the first 4x AEW World Champion, but Kenny Omega will not die! A Paradigm Shift from Moxley looks to put Omega away, but Kenny kicks up just before the referee can count to 3! Not to be outdone, Moxley kicks out of not 1 but 2 One-Winged Angels as well as the commentary team applaud the heart of both men willing to do anything to become champion! In any high-profile World title match, we see are standard referee bump right when Moxley is looking to be on the winning side of things, which allows Omega to hit him with a lowblow, halting all momentum. Kenny motions to the ramp while the referee is out, calling for his Bullet Club members to come down to the ring and help him put this match away while they can, but they do no answer his call. Confused and angered Omega screams at the stage and motions for them to come out again, but still nothing. Just then, a video feed plays on the jumbotron showing The Bullet Club have suffered the same fate as Blackpool Combat Club has earlier. You can see Balor laying through a table, Jay White unconscious on the concrete floor, and The Good Brothers both laid out beside him. As the video fades, the camera pans back to the action in the ring, where Omega is scared and furious that his stablemates have been laid out. This distraction has allowed both Moxley and referee enough time to come to. As Omega turns his attention back to Moxley, he walks right into another Paradigm Shift! Moxley covers him as the referee counts a slow 1…..2…..3! Jon Moxley has won and is AEW’s 1st 4-Time World Champion!
Winner & NEW AEW WORLD CHAMPION: Jon Moxley by pinfall!Moxley celebrates his victory with the roaring crowd, trying to hold back his tears and the obvious pain his body is in after a grueling main event. His celebration is cut short though as a theme song not heard before by the AEW crowd begins to play through the arena speakers, immediately attracting the attention of Moxley and everyone else in the arena. The crowd is shocked when out on the stage steps….
THE BLOODLINE!The rumours are true! Roman Reigns is here in AEW and he’s joined by The Usos! In their shock and awe, the commentary team put together that it must have been that Bloodline that attacked both Blackpool Combat Club and The Bullet Club tonight as the look to make a statement in their debut with the company! Moxley, with his newly won championship around his shoulder, doesn’t take his eyes off of Reigns, ready to answer any challenge that may be about to come his way, regardless of how outnumbered he may be. Reigns however, isn’t looking to fight Moxley, at least not tonight. Reigns and The Usos stay on at the top of the stage as Reign points to Moxley’s newly won AEW World Championship, signaling his intentions here in AEW as tonight’s memorable episode of AEW Dynamite: Battle of the Belts comes to a close.
