As many were made aware Hulk Hogan has left the World Wrestling Federation. As to the reason he was traded to the free agency pool and not another promotion is all because of Vince McMahon. When Vince made the deal with RoH to bring in Hulk Hogan in exchange for a superstar to be named. Vince spoke with Hogan and they had a certain agreement about how they would do business. As we saw at Battleground John Cena and Hulk Hogan teamed up to lose against Adam Cole and Mark Henry. This was a decision that Hogan was upset about he felt that he shouldn't have had to job especially on his first PPV back into the company. Vince and Cena though were all for the decision because they know that Adam Cole is the future of the company and is going to make them a lot of money. So they decided to the deal to have them drop the match. That's why if you look back at the match. Hogan was so upset over the loss. It was always supposed to lead to program between Hogan and Cena. It is said by those in the back that John Cena was excited about the program and was willing to bend over backwards to make it work, but in the Hulk Hogan refused to show up to Raw, but Vince threatened legal action against Hogan who made the appearance and did the beatdown segment in a way to send off The Hulkster.
It seems Hogan got upset that Cena was going to beat Hogan at SummerSlam, it was said a rematch would take place at The Royal Rumble with Hogan taking that victory and then the culmination of the feud would end at Wrestlemania, but when word got around that it would be John Cena who was going to win that match. Hogan was said to be so upset that he wanted to quit right then and there, but Vince made sure that during the meeting in the room was longtime locker room leader The Undertaker and a few other creative officials. Hogan had basically said that he was on board, but of course after the meeting just went home and stayed there. Vince tried everything to bring Hogan back including even giving him a run at the title, but Hogan declined and said that he was going to sit out the rest of his deal unless the Wrestlemania Main Event was given to him along with the victory.
So Vince would decline the offer, and instead give Hogan his walking papers. Vince looked at the free agency list long enough and decided that he would want to bring Bret Hart back into the company. Not only because he wasn't happy about having Bret leave in the first place, but also has a final stab at Hulk Hogan. It is no secret that Bret and Hogan don't like each other. So Vince decided to bring The Hitman back into the WWF. Will Hulk Hogan and Vince McMahon ever settle their remains to be seen, but that's the story as to why Hulk Hogan is gone from the World Wrestling Federation.
