WWF Monday Night Raw 08-07-2017
Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura
{Gorilla and Jesse open up Monday Night Raw, and they bring up the events that happen last week, and that's when the CAR CRASH noise hits and down the ramp comes Mick Foley. He gets an interesting pop. Some of the fans have soured on Mick for basically being a joke as a General Manager. Foley waves to the crowd and he takes a microphone and he heads into the ring. Their is a weird feeling in the air, as Foley shouldn't be opening the show.}
Foley: I am sure question that is on the mind of everybody is why am I out here tonight. Why is the first General Manager of Monday Night Raw inside of this ring right now. Well, I know that I wasn't scheduled to open the show and now I am out here and trying to figure out what I am going to do in my life. When I took this job I was promised a chance to take this company to a height it was never seen before. I was drafted as General Manager but whenever I tried to make a decision it was always met with criticism, it was met with slander, and I am DONE with it! Ted Dibiase was brought in as my Co-General Manager for no other reason than to just be a YES man for Vince McMahon. I heard a story making the rounds that I was the one who did the Hogan deal, and Vince was upset about it. The fact is I NEVER made that deal, I was never asked my opinion on the deal, and if I had known that a deal like that was going to be made. I would have went to Stanford myself and took the elevator up to the highest level, I would have punched Vince's loudmouth assistant in the face, and busted in to his door, and I would have placed him in the Mandible CLAW! I am sick of being told one thing, and then a whole other thing happens. Call it what you want, but I am through being held back and that is why I...........
{NO CHANCE IN HELL! Uh Oh! Here comes the owner of The World Wrestling Federation Vince McMahon comes down the ramp and he has The Million Dollar Man right behind him. Foley isn't in a good mood, and he is ticked off, but Vince along with Dibiase come into the ring and waste no time addressing the situation.}
Vince: So this is what you want to do Mick. You want to come out here and pander to these fans for sympathy. You want to blame all your bad decisions on me, and all the while you just play the victim. Well Mick, let me tell you something right here and in front of all these people. I hired you because I felt sorry for you. I felt sorry that you are nothing but a failed LOSER! You have always been a loser, and guess what you will always be a loser! I should have never hired someone like you. Just the other day when I sent you on a business lunch with the stadium owner for Wrestlemania. He called me and said that he was appaled that someone like you would show up with your long hair, big beard, Where is your suit? Where is your tie? Look at Ted Dibiase that man is dressed the way a man with power should be dressed.
Mick: SO WHAT! FIRE ME! I am sick and tired of being told what to do! You don't want him heard than send me off, I will be more than happy to go anywhere else.
Ted Dibiase: I hate the fact that I have to share this job with you. If I had my chance I would lay you out where you stand.
Mick: Don't talk about it, just do it!
{Mick is getting in the face of Diabise, but Vince gets in the middle and holds Foley back, but that is when out of nowhere RKO! Randy Orton just laid out Mick Foley! Vince is smiling as Ted Dibiase looks at Vince with a smile on his face. They shake hands as Orton and Dibiase pick up Mick Foley!}
Vince: Mick Foley, YOU'RE FIRED!
{Vince proceeds to slap the taste out of Mick's mouth as Orton throws him down on the mat. Orton proceeds to head to the corner, and he is going to lay out Mick Foley for good, but HERE COMES CM PUNK! He comes into the ring with a steel chair and he swings for the fences, but Orton is gone. Vince, Dibiase, and Orton are pissed and head up the ramp, as Foley is still laid out, but Punk is checking on him.}

Heenan and his Wolves aren't far behind as they are watching from the ramp, and on the otherside of the arena VANGUARD #1 is watching as well as you know those Broken Hardys aren't far behind. We see Revival is trying to fight with them but we see Gargano is ready to do one thing that he does better than a lot of other people on the roster and that's WRESTLE! He isn't Johnny Wrestling for nothing. He totally out wrestles Dawson and then he tags in Dash, and he gets out wrestled as well. Thats when he tags in Ciampa the hard hitting of the group. He beats the wheels off Dash with vicious strikes. We are seeing a whole other side of DIY and the FANS love it! This goes through a commercial and when it comes back to commercial, and Gargano goes for that middle rope spear but DAWSON WITH A BOOT STRAIGHT ACROSS THE SKULL! {This brings the Wolves down the ramp. They attack before a pin can even be made! The Wolves are beating down DIY, and as The Revival are licking their wounds, as we see VANGUARD comes up to the scene but quickly Heenan grabs VANGUARD #1 and The Wolves shatter the Vanguard and they destroy it! Heenan and The Wolves are happy as they have just showed the world why they are the best tag team in the WWF. From here we head to the back where Ric Flair and The Horsemen are praising Batista about what he did to John Cena last week. That's when new Solo General Manager Ted Dibiase comes to the scene.}
Ted Dibiase: Gentlemen, I have to say that was an impressive showing. Arn tore it up last week against Kurt Angle, Batista what you did to John Cena was absolutely amazing, and as for you Ric. I have something I would like to talk to you about. So if you could just have them take a step back. I would like you to step into my office for a quick meeting.

He comes into the ring and Benoit and Cole put on a clinic here. They go about seven minutes and the crowd is solidly behind them. That's when the ending comes. Benoit is going for the Crossface here, but Cole though rolls out of the Crossface attempt and destroys Benoit with a SUPERKICK! The fans explode as Heenan is signaling for the end of the match but that's when Eddie Guerrero shows up with the Money in the Bank Case. Cole is pissed at this as he leaves the ring after Eddie, but Heenan is screaming for Cole to pay attention. That's when the insurance policy Mark Henry attacks Eddie from behind, and throws him down the ramp. Cole is smiling as he grabs his case, but the referee makes it to 10! Cole has been counted out and Benoit has won this match. Guerrero is thrown into the ring as Cole and Henry are doing a number on him. Benoit comes into the scene but he is destroyed by Henry! The Heenan Family is on a roll tonight! Heenan is all smiles as Cole grabs his case back from Eddie with a smile on his face!
We now head to the back where we see The Undertaker sitting on his motorcycle as Mean Gene comes walking up. Taker just stares him down and tells him to leave, but as Taker is about to ride off. He notices that his motorcycle won't start, and he is getting pissed, and that's when STING COMES LEAPING FROM OUT OF THE SIGHT OF THE CAMERA AND IS RIPPING AT TAKER! Sting is taking it to Taker as security comes charging into the scene and starts holding them back. This is coming to a head and at SummerSlam they are going to meet in what might be the most anticipated match of all time!}

Kennedy puts on a great showing here on his WWF return. He gives Angle probably his biggest threat to his title yet. Angle though isn't the champion for no reason though. He fights back from the onslaught from Kennedy and catches him as Kennedy was looking for the Ken-Ton Bomb! Angle comes charging up the ramp and BELLY TO BELLY SUPERPLEX! The crowd EXPLODES when that happens. Angle looks around and climbs the top rope as Kennedy is still dazed. Angle from the top rope with a Moonsault, but Angle rolls at the very last second away! {This match doesn't even get to start as RANDY SAVAGE ambushes Joe before the match can even begin. Joe is chased up through the crowd, and the fans are screaming "LET THEM FIGHT" "LET THEM FIGHT" They are going up the ramp and just going right at it, and fighting in the crowd. Joe and Savage are just going right at it, but thats when down the ramp comes Damien Sandow! He is playing the crowd the entire time down the ramp. He enters the ring, and has the referee start counting. The referee counts out Samoa Joe, as Damien Sandow proclaims himself the winner of the match and takes the microphone.
Sandow: YOU'RE WELCOME!
{We head to the back now where we see Randy Orton is talking with Vince McMahon as Dibiase comes into the scene. They are all having big smiles on their faces, and are bragging about what happen with Mick Foley. That's when the WWF Champion comes into the scene.}
CM Punk: So that's how it's going to be huh? We are just going to throw Mick Foley to the side again like he is nothing but trash. You know I wasn't really looking forward to SummerSlam and facing you Randy, but after tonight I can't wait to get you in that ring and expose you for the fraud that you are.
RKO: You have a big mouth Punk. You always have and always will, but what you don't understand is that you don't stand a chance to ever beat someone as great as me. I have your number Punk, and at SummerSlam. I am going to take back that WWF Championship!
{Punk goes to speak but that's when Vince McMahon comes into the scene.}
Vince: You know something Punk. I told you from day one when you became the WWF Champion that I was going to make sure that WWF Championship left you, and with Randy Orton here that is going to happen. Cause, you see since you decided to barge in here you helped me come with an idea. At SummerSlam I am not going to allow a regular official handle this match. It would be too much for him. That is why I am going to take it upon myself to be the special guest referee of the WWF Championship Match at SummerSlam!
{Punk leaves the scene without even saying a word, as the other three are left smiling about what is going to happen at SummerSlam coming up.}

He slides into the ring and goes right at Tully! They waste no time starting this match off with hard hits, and just going right at each other. The veteran Tully keeps Cena down and in rest holds to try and wear Cena out. He is locked in basically a chokehold, but Tully is hiding it as a sleeper hold. Cena is getting worked over as the 3 on 1 is just seeming like too much for Cena to handle, but like always Super Cena finds a way to battle back as he moves out of a charge attempt by Tully and he lands right into Arn Anderson and lays him out! Tully turns around and it's right into the Protoplex! Cena raises the hand high in the air, as Batista leaps on the apron.
